Complete Upgrade and Evolution of the E-commerce Last Mile
The Era of E-commerce Wars Has Fully Begun
The pandemic that began in early 2020 led to a surge in online shopping, making every aspect of a seller's offering—product strength, platform functionality, order process, logistics, payment systems, shipping speed, and the convenience of returns and exchanges—a point of competition. E-commerce heavily relies on warehousing and logistics, and "fast shipping" has seemingly become a basic requirement for buyers. GoodDeal aims to shorten the distance between the logistics side and consumers with time-saving, labor-saving, and cost-effective methods, striving for refinement and efficiency. GoodDeal has launched a warehouse management system that allows managers to track sales status at any time and monitor inventory levels in real-time, enabling e-commerce sellers to focus their resources on marketing activities.

E-commerce Logistics Trends
E-commerce shopping is a trend, and the reason is simple: it’s incredibly convenient.
What used to require an in-person visit to a store can now be done with a few swipes on a smartphone, and products usually arrive the next day. It’s no wonder everyone loves it.
As a result, the number of online shoppers is growing, and naturally, the number of online sellers is also increasing.
However, while the entry barrier for sellers to start in e-commerce seems low, the ceiling is very high. The main reason is that there are so many online stores, and making consumers aware of a virtual store's existence is really challenging. Additionally, e-commerce sellers have to manage numerous, complex tasks.
These include finding suitable products, managing their platform, placing marketing ads, interacting with members and fans, and setting up payment logistics, among other things.
With the recent rise of group buying and live streaming, which bring new innovations, there are many tasks to handle. This illustrates the dual-sided nature of e-commerce: it presents business opportunities, but it’s not easy to manage.
Among all e-commerce-related operations, e-commerce logistics might be the most cumbersome and often overlooked. Yet, as the so-called "last mile" of e-commerce, its importance is self-evident.
With so much preparation needed for sales, encountering problems when delivering to consumers would mean all previous efforts were wasted. This is why we initially decided to establish GoodDeal, a 3PL (third-party logistics) e-commerce logistics center.
GoodDeal serves as a unified warehouse for sellers, handling inbound and outbound logistics, returns, product processing, quality control, and inventory management. This allows sellers to operate without concerns, which is the core value that GoodDeal provides.
