Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms
(1). Acceptance and Modification of Terms
- These Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a complete agreement between Intelligent Human-Machine Collaboration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the subscribers of the WMS Warehouse Management System (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”), governing the rights and obligations derived from the subscription of the WMS Warehouse Management System service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).
- To safeguard Users’ rights, You must carefully review and agree to these Terms, and provide accurate and truthful personal information to complete registration before subscribing to the Service and accessing the system according to the chosen subscription plan.
- For the purpose of improving the Service or business operations, the Company may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of any modification, the Company will notify Users of the revised content and the effective date in advance. Users may cease using the Service prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date shall be deemed as consent to the revised Terms, and the Company will continue to provide the Service in accordance with the updated Terms.
- Subject to the Privacy Policy, the Company reserves the right to audit Users’ system usage. If any activity is deemed to potentially harm the system, the Company may terminate the contract at any time and pursue legal responsibility accordingly.
- The final interpretation of these Terms rests with the Company. For any questions, please contact the Company’s customer service center.
(2). Privacy Policy
For the purpose of processing your application and subscription to the Company’s system services, the Company will collect, process, and use the personal data of applicants and Users. In accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company hereby informs Users of the purpose, scope, and duration of data collection:
- This Privacy Policy covers how the Service handles information collected when you use the Service. It does not apply to external websites linked from the Service.
- The Company collects your personal data to verify User identity and create a User profile, thereby safeguarding the interests of both Users and the Company. Shipment records and recipient region data may also be collected for sales analysis, but will not be used for improper purposes.
- Personal data obtained during service application will not be used for purposes other than handling disputes or with explicit User authorization.
- Data collected during service provision will be retained until the termination of the Service.
(3). Data Collection, Usage, and Security Policy
- The Company reserves the right to collect data, including but not limited to: usage information during the subscription period, system-required information, and data obtained from third parties.
- User data collected through the Service will be used solely for statistical and analytical purposes. Except with User consent or as required by law, the Company will not disclose User data to third parties or use it for purposes beyond those originally specified.
- The Service uses AWS to provide each User with individual database access, maintained and monitored by dedicated personnel to ensure information security and protective measures. Security practices are published on the Company’s official website at www.gooddeal.com.tw
- The Company will never provide, exchange, rent, or sell your data to any individual, organization, private enterprise, or government agency unless required by law or contractual obligations.
- The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or alteration of User or customer data caused by factors beyond the Company’s control.
(4). System Maintenance and Operation
- The Service is maintained and debugged by the Company’s in-house technical personnel.
- Scheduled maintenance: daily from 00:00 AM to 01:00 AM, during which the Service will be unavailable.
- Outside of maintenance hours, the Service guarantees a 99.99% uptime.
(5). Subscription Terms
WMSWarehouse Management System((Free Version))
- Subscription Period: No expiration date. Users may modify or cancel the plan at any time through the system.
- Subscription Content: Includes only the core WMS system. Add-on modules are not available.
- Cancellation: User login access will be immediately terminated upon cancellation. Users must back up or delete their data beforehand.
- Access Rights: Account access will be activated within three (3) business days. The subscription is limited to individual use only and may not be resold or transferred. Accounts may be used across multiple devices simultaneously.
- Data Retention: Databases are retained for three (3) months. If there is no login within three months, the database will be deleted without backup.
WMSWarehouse Management System(Paid Versions – Basic, Professional, Enterprise)
- Subscription Period: Quarterly plan valid for 90 days; annual plan valid for 365 days.
- Subscription Content: Includes the core WMS system. Add-on modules require a main system subscription.
- Auto-renewal: Plans renew automatically. Billing occurs 15 days before the subscription expiration date. Users may modify/cancel anytime before renewal.
- Payment Failure: Payment failure is deemed as cancellation and processed accordingly.
- Cancellation: Users may modify/cancel subscriptions up to 15 days before expiration. Upon expiration, login access will automatically terminate. Users must back up or delete data beforehand.
- Refunds: No refunds will be granted after successful payment.
- Access Rights: Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Subscription is limited to individual use and may not be resold or transferred. Accounts may be used across multiple devices simultaneously.
- Data Retention: Databases are retained for two (2) years. If no renewal occurs within two years, the database will be deleted without backup.
